Ticket Terms & Conditions

 

As all registrations are regularly reviewed for qualifications, please pay close attention to the type of pass for which you are registering as your registration may be subject to cancellation if it does not qualify for your chosen ticket type.

Please be advised, registration passes are non-sharable, and non-transferable. During the event, any individual may be asked to show identification at any time by security or conference staff. If an individual is found to be onsite as a result of pass sharing or swapping, they will be invoiced for the full 'day-of' standard registration fee. 

Payment:
All payments must be made by credit card, however, if you would like to purchase 3 or more passes and would prefer to be invoiced, please contact accounting@dealcatalyst.io.

Cancellations/Refunds: 
For refund requests received in writing 30 days or more from the event start date, you will have the option to receive a full refund or a credit towards a future program. If the refund request is received 29 days or less from the event start date, you will receive a credit towards a future program. If you receive, or elect to receive, a credit towards a future program, the credit must be applied to an event within 12 months.

A previously purchased ticket cannot be transferred to a guest pass.

Ticket Transfers:
If you are no longer able to attend the conference and would like to transfer your ticket to a colleague, please email events@dealcatalyst.io. Ticket transfers are permitted until 48 hrs before the conference. Please be advised, tickets are non-sharable, and non-transferable once the conference has begun. During the event, any individual may be asked to show identification at any time by security or conference staff. If an individual is found to be onsite as a result of pass sharing or swapping, they will be invoiced for the full 'day-of' standard registration fee.

Individuals based in or whose employing organization is from Russia or Belarus are not permitted to attend the Event as a result of global sanction restrictions. We will cancel any bookings taken out by such individuals and will not be able to provide a refund.
